This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information in connection with our software, games, and websites (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
· Advertising ID: Android advertising ID, Apple IDFA.
· Unique user identifier: anonymous in-game user ID.
· Email address: collected only if you provide it voluntarily for account recovery, support, and newsletters.
· Screen name / username: for in-game display, leaderboards, and social features.
· Social/game service identifiers: Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Amazon Game Circle IDs (used only for achievements, leaderboards, cloud saves).
Automatically collected anonymous data:
· Device info: model, OS version, language, screen resolution, network type.
· General geolocation: country/region only, no precise location.
· Usage data: play time, level progress, clicks, anonymous crash logs.
Our website may use cookies; our App uses local storage for settings and progress. You may refuse or clear them in your browser/device settings; some features may be limited.
· Non-essential personal data (Ad ID, email): collected only after explicit opt-in consent on first launch. Declining consent does not block core game functionality.
· Essential data (anonymous user ID, game progress): collected by default to operate the Services.
· Provide and maintain Services: account recognition, saves, achievements, leaderboards, support.
· Advertising: serve interest-based ads and measure campaign performance (opt-out available).
· Analytics and improvement: anonymous data to improve gameplay, fix issues, optimize experience.
· Communications: send updates, new releases, and promotions (opt-out anytime).
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only:
· Required by law: comply with laws, subpoenas, or government requests.
· Protect rights: good-faith belief necessary to protect our rights, users, or public safety.
· Business transfer: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer as part of the business.
· Third-party SDK providers: solely to provide advertising, payments, analytics, game services; their use is governed by their own privacy policies.
· Ads: Google AdMob
· Analytics: Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics
· In-app purchases: Google Pay
· Game services: Google Play Games
· Anonymous user ID / game data: retained for 90 days after you cease using the Services.
· Ad ID: retained until you opt out of ad tracking or delete your account.
· Email: retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
· Children’s data: deleted immediately upon identification, no retention.

We will verify your identity and respond within 15 business days. A reasonable fee may apply for access where permitted by law.
· iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Enable “Limit Ad Tracking”.
· Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Disable “Ads Personalization” (path may vary by device/OS).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
· Child-directed Services: no personal data collection, no targeted ads, only contextual ads.
· Age verification: prompt on first launch; users under 13 may not submit personal information.
· Parental contact: if you believe we have collected a child’s information, contact jpcbuke@gmail.com for immediate deletion.
For users in the European Economic Area, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2018). You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, regular security audits to reduce data breach risk.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-App. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
